If you’re still in college, your highest qualification is a high school diploma. It depends a lot on the person, because some steps have already been obtained during their studies.
For the average student, “High School Graduate” makes the most sense. This shows that you have graduated from high school and are currently working towards your next degree (which would be college).
Postgraduate studies: the highest level of study
Postgraduate programs can refer to all programs offered after secondary education. This includes undergraduate programs, graduate programs, doctoral programs, and specialized institutions such as law school and medical school.
As there are many ways of study available depending on the degree you choose to study, it is difficult to decide which is the highest level of education as it varies according to the fields you choose. The most common is a Doctor of Philosophy (styled doctorate or doctorate), the highest academic degree you can earn at the academy in a discipline outside of science and medicine.

What are the 4 levels of education?
Education in the United States follows a pattern similar to many systems. Early education is followed by elementary school (called elementary school in the United States), middle school, middle school (called high school in the United States), and then post-secondary (high) education.
