Can you do a dissertation in 2 weeks

Life gets in our way sometimes, we all know it. But after some relentless dodging and bad social decisions, his brain finally realizes that he’s reached that point in every graduate’s life where he needs to start his thesis. Oh, and did I mention that you only have two weeks to do it?

Well, we’re only talking about 8,000 words, right? Easy enough, I guess… no. So turn off your phone, delete Facebook, break up with your friends, and prepare to enter a solitary life for the third year. Here is our survival kit for you:

First steps

Put on some pants. (Both British and American.) No bra, no shoes. Maybe a button down shirt? Anything that makes you feel like you’re doing real work, even if you’re going to be training for a week. Have you visited our Autostraddle store? I did my entire thesis alternating red and blue A-Camp hoodies, so there’s definitely magic in them.

Adjust your working position. I have a typewriter and plenty of MUJI A5 notebooks to work on first drafts. When working on the computer, I recommend Todoist, 30/30, and Self-Control. (I admit that the latter hasn’t always been foolproof for me, so as a backup plan, I also recommend “giving your partner control of your Facebook account”.

What’s the hardest thing about to work? in a thesis?

The most difficult part of working on a thesis is the literature review section. Be sure to check out our guide on how to write a literature review if you need a refresher.

Although there are several factors that determine the length of a thesis, the work can have between 8,000 and 15,000 words. Check with your manager or supervisor to be sure of the expected word count, as some programs have different word counts.

Is 2 weeks really enough?

When you think about the importance of a thesis and the fact that it can make the difference between getting your degree or not, the question is not so much if you can write a thesis in 2 weeks, but if. Students are known to be masters of procrastination, but with something this important, it might not be a good idea to leave it to the last minute. We always recommend that you start your thesis as soon as possible in order to produce your best work.

However, just because something isn’t recommended doesn’t necessarily mean it can’t be done. If you find yourself in a situation where you only have a few weeks left, it goes without saying that you should have started earlier. For some reason, you only have two weeks left, so you can only use that time wisely. It’s doable, but it will take a solid 2 weeks of hard work and planning with no delays!

Go back to your topic

Think of something you don’t know much about, or want to know more about, or you haven’t written much about, or something that interests you a lot and is interesting.

One thing I really recommend is that you make your thesis something interesting or interesting for you because if emergency communications do not cause you any emotion, you will not be half of the expenses. your year thinking about it and writing.
